Ronni Williams scored a career-high 43 points to lead the Gators to a 93-73 win at Vanderbilt (11-11, 1-8 SEC).

Williams' outburst was the third highest individual scoring total in program history, just behind the 45 points from Quientella Bonner on January 22, 1977 and the 44 by Merlakia Jones on January 25, 1995.

Not only did Williams lead Sunday's scoring efforts, she collected a season and game-high 14 rebounds, with five of those coming on the offensive end that helped the Gators (11-10, 2-6) corral 18 in the game that helped them to 19 second-chance points.

Frontcourt mate Tyshara Fleming helped inside and posted her second straight double-double with 12 points and 12 rebounds, while freshman Delicia Washington added 20 points with seven rebounds.

Women's tennis: Florida defeated Florida International, 4-0, in the ITA Kick-Off Weekend Championship match and in the process posted the 1,000th win in the 45-year history of the program.

As the winner of the Gainesville regional, Florida earns a berth to the ITA National Team Indoor Championships held Feb. 10-13 in New Haven, Conn.

During Sunday's match played at Linder Stadium at Ring Tennis Complex, the Gators again came out strong on the doubles courts, capturing wins on courts two and three to take the initial point of the dual match.

Josie Kuhlman saw her first singles action in dual match competition and picked up where she left off from a strong Fall season, posting a 6-0, 6-2 win in 57 minutes that gave the Gators a 2-0 lead.

Brooke Austin was next off the court with a 7-6, 6-1 win for her inaugural dual match win of the season.

Kourtney Keegan, also competing in her first singles dual match of the year, provided the clinching point after her 7-5, 6-1 decision.

Men's tennis: Florida swept LSU 4-0, earning the first-place spot in this weekend's ITA Kick-Off Weekend tournament. The Gators' two wins this weekend automatically advances the team to the 2017 ITA Division I National Men's Team Indoor Championship in Charlottesville, Va. Feb. 17-20.

Although the Tigers proved to be tougher competition for the Gators, it took Florida only 26 minutes to earn a pair of wins and clinch the doubles point. Elliott Orkin-McClain Kessler earned the first win of the day, and the team of Chase Perez-Blanco and Maxx Lipman finished close behind to clinch the point for Florida. In singles, Orkin earned the first singles point for Florida, followed closely by Lipman and Kessler.
