Some familiar faces await the Florida gymnastics team in the NCAA Championships semifinal action. Florida is one of four SEC programs in the six-team field for NCAA Semifinal II, set for Friday, April 14 at 8 p.m. Semifinal II contains Florida, Alabama, Georgia, LSU, Michigan and Nebraska at St. Louis' Chaifetz Arena.

Semifinal I (which begins at 1 p.m.) consists of UCLA, Denver, Oklahoma, Oregon State, Utah and Washington.

This is the fourth season that the seeding determined at the time of regional selections holds throughout the championships. Teams 1, 4, 5, 8, 9 and 13 will compete in Friday's Semifinal I and teams 2, 3, 6, 7, 10 and 14 compete in Semifinal II. The top two teams at each of the six April 1 regional sites advanced to the NCAA Championships.

Florida is the No. 3 seed for the third time and for the first time since 1985.

The top three teams in each of the semifinals advance to the NCAA Super Six on Saturday, April 15 at 9 p.m. to determine the national team champion. All three NCAA Championship sessions will be televised live. Semifinal I airs on ESPN2 and Semifinal II and the Super Six team final airs live on ESPNU.
