Former UF standout Brown on Hall of Fame ballot

Former Florida offensive tackle Lomas Brown is on the 2018 College Football Hall of Fame ballot that was released Thursday by the National Football Foundation.

Brown was a two-time first team All-SEC selection and a consensus All-American in his senior season in 1984.

The announcement of the 2018 HOF class will be made on Jan. 8 in Atlanta, home of the College Football Hall of Fame.
